Experience deep relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional renewal with a distance Reiki healing session. I am Reiki II Certified, trained in the Usui lineage of Reiki healing. Reiki, meaning “universal life energy”, was founded in the early 20th century by Master Mikao Usui in Japan. This gentle yet powerful practice is based on the principle that life energy flows through all of us, and when that energy is balanced, we experience greater health, clarity, and peace. What does it mean to be Reiki II Certified? Reiki training is taught in levels. Reiki I focuses on self-healing and channeling energy through touch. Reiki II expands this ability, allowing practitioners to channel energy across any distance and to work more deeply with clients using sacred symbols and techniques. With Reiki II certification, I am trained to provide both in-person and distance healing sessions, helping energy flow where it’s needed most. With Reiki, I don’t give you energy, I serve as a channel for universal life energy to flow where your body and spirit most need it. Because Reiki isn’t bound by time or space, distance sessions are just as effective as in-person ones.
